We recently sat down with New Orleans artist Neno Calvin for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our conversation he discussed growing up in the Magnolia Projects, seeing Juvenile and Turk pulling up to the projects once they blew up, jumping off the porch at 13, his dad being a legend in New Orleans, moving to Atlanta for a better life, attending school with Summer Walker, moving back to New Orleans, not having as much confidence as an artist starting out, moving with Birdman to work on music, taking off after his Ritz Carlton Freestyle, going to Miami to be around the lifestyle, finding confidence within himself, making the news due to him getting shot, moving differently after the incident, New Orleans getting back into its groove when it comes to music, his new project “3 M’s”, upcoming song with YNW Melly, wanting to start his own label this year and much more!
