Selkirk can be a hit or miss I'm told. There's really no peak time to go, maybe afternoon-mid afternoon would be the best bet but you can never be too sure!

It's off of W. Lydius Street in Guilderland, NY. I believe the bridge is an abandoned road called W. Old State Road!
