I tried doing a back lever, I ended up stopping halfway in the skin the cat and I thought I was doing a back lever, I played the video and I found out I was literally hanging upside down vertically, is there a name for that? Because I have no idea what I did
Thanks for watching. It sounds like you performed an inverted hang, does that represent the movement you did? The Skin The Cat and German hang are great prerequisite for the back lever. Continue building strength and you'll have a great foundation for the back lever 👍 What other movements would you like to see broken down?

Pretty impressive man, I do incorporate some, but not nearly as strong as you yet lol But just had a great workout today :)
