Ramadan fasting give many health benefit that is very very necessary for our body😊
I am in the US and In school I do not have the means t wash myself or to pray but I still fast. I also accidently started one day early but I will still continue. I do not know alot but I try to do what I know and can do with my schedule. Sometimes I pray to Allah in my mind in order to lessen the guilt of all my sins.
You are not alone. Stay strong. Know there are 2 billion of us on this planet, all struggling together for the sake of Allah.
You take one step towards ALLAH, He will take 10 towards you. You are so blessed to be in your position. You said you started one day early. Allah loves that. It's your intention that counts. Please continue for you have many blessings coming to you for your innocent sacrifice. You are to be commended my brother. May Allah shower you with many blessings. I am trying fasting for the health benefits, But I know following the Islam rules of fasting, I am breaking them cause I microdose cannabis several times a day. It is something I need and that is helping me. Plus, Allah knows exactly why I am using it so I am not worried. Ramadan Mubarak everyone.
You must still abstain during the day, also microdosing has been proven to be completely and 100% ineffective. You are lying to yourself and gaining great sins bro. Allah knows best, your logic will only lead you to hellfire.

But Ramadan fasting has very less health benefit as they feast on lot no veg during night & drink lot of sugary stuff. Many increase weight during Ramadan

If you want to get the full health benefits from this then please don't sleep during the entire day of fasting after sehr people sleep but some wake up at 1 or 2 pm which is not Good both spiritually and physically
So when you sleep after sehr wake up a bit early
