No Great White Sharks Encountered Spearfishing Oregon's Port Orford from Hobie Outback Kayak

- The visibility was terrible on this dive and with Great White Sharks recently spotted next to the crane launch I was a little uneasy diving in a dark closest or sandstorm plankton bloom. Check out two more detailed spearfishing videos at end of this UNCUT series video.
When was this? I recently saw some nice Kayaks headed out. What do you drive? cool vid. it watch the rest of them later... nice day, headed out to the reef! Tight lines!
It’s been awhile ago. Hey I was hoping you’d comment since I’m in your back yard. How often if ever do you see Great White Sharks out there. The guys at the hoist always see them and tell us but I think it’s just to try and scare us. Toyota Tundra either red or gray with canopy.
@yakventures9544 Two or three years ago, we had a huge Great White shark in the bay.
8 or nine years ago, I was headed out jigging, and we spotted a monster! It was a little bigger than the 26-foot boat. We saw four different sharks that day. It was my friends first day as an urchin diver! 🤣 we saw them close to North Beach, near Mckenzie Reef.
It's really rare to see them, but they are here.

Im new to spearfishing. I go to Newport jetty. Is there any good spots you can spearfish without going out on a kayak out there

Is this a place where they launch their boats off of The Wharf this guy I grew up with moved up north to open a movie theater there take one over wonder if he's alive and still around he's a good old son from Laguna Beach that place is overrun anyways nice little video when he first moved up there I asked him what do you do around there go fishing or go to the movies that's when he told me he bought the only movie house in town cuz I know there's fishing up there true story last time I saw him he had his surfboard I think he has surfboard whatever he was going to Port Orford that was so long ago I can't even remember how long ago that was it's been awhile man maybe I'll go by there and say howdy I remember him saying people were pretty nice around there all right there you have it really nice little video

No way I'd swim by all those purple urchins without filling a bag. Even if the fish aren't cooperating, the urchins move slow. lol
