Dr. Despenza has given me a new lease on life. I had ADD and my life was somewhat out of control. I recieved neurofeedback therapy and as I was going through that I stumbled upon Breaking the habit of being yourself. Since then I have started to create my own reality. I am beyond thankful for his teaching and hope to one day go to his retreats.
Imagining a world full of people raised this way gives me such hope for the future! I love the title of the proposed book and I sincerely hope it comes to fruition! Amazing, insightful, beautiful advice, thank you Dr Joe!

My granddaughter is 7 and I show her by example how to maintain inner engineering higher frequency during what, as a parent 25 years ago, would have caused me to become stressed, angry etc. with difficult situations. Great video Joe. For medical reasons l couldn't have children or adopt. Something l wanted one-day was to be a mother..l was saw intent to raise them well..the opposite of how l was raised. As a once registered nurse ...and just finished my psychopathlogy degree to be a psychologist..and marry and have kids...then found out where l had felt ill for 7 yrs..due to a neurological illness. Thank u for this video..l do hope many parents heardby this take on board your strategies. Bestby a parents is one of the hardest but most satisfying roles. Plus a blessed role if you're fortunate enough to have kids.😊

Dear Dr. Joe, I really like your way of dealing with children. I try as often as time permits me as a teacher in primary and secondary schools to support my children in this way. However, how can we revolutionise the education system where time is permitted even during the lesson when children fall out to give them the space to calm down and then have one adults having these conversation with each child. Please can you revolutionise everyone. I do this with every child I meet.

I’ve been aware about a lot of this with my boy but it is very difficult for a kid these days to not get their pleasure centers hijacked.. That quantum parenting book would help a lot of future children for sure.
I love the lion anology. I have 4 children under 9. Even though it’s sooooo much easier said than done I have always believed “parenting” is ass backwards. The more you talk and nag they will talk and nag, without listening. We tell them to “listen”, but really we’re saying “do what I say”. We have to stop and think about how they are perceiving us at all times. Attitude and tone conveys more than words ever can. Is what we say and the message we are nonverbally giving cohesive? If not, it’s obvious to them (not necessarily consciously) and they think we’re hypocrites. The most important thing I’ve gathered is they need to KNOW they are LOVED no matter what!! I do my best to let them see me happy to see them when they walk in. (Genuinely of course, or at least neutral, never a mean or scowling look.) im so grateful to have this awareness while my kids are still young because these using concepts will literally change the world. It’s not easy, but worth it tenfold. Be kind to yourself and them first (not “once they behave”) you will see results I promise. I can only imagine what a masterpiece “the 10 laws of quantum parenting” would be given the multitude of useful practical knowledge he shares in these 15 minutes. This information applied in life brings actual change!
