Such a beautiful family. Thank you for rescuing Casper and giving him such a loving home!
Thank you for helping this sweet baby!! He is absolutely adorable!! ❤
Animals are amazing creatures with their ability to forgive humans. We don't deserve them and they deserve so much! This video is just wonderful - thanks for being the good people you are!
This is so sweet! Ty for saving him! We raised baby skunks growing up that lost their mama on a HWY. They were so amazing! Animals have feelings and personalities! They feel pain and suffering. Some people do not deserve the love of an animal. It’s amazing to me how resilient they can be no matter how much abuse they have endured.
You did very good... he's so sweet
Casper is a real Sweetheart! Aloha!!!!
Beautiful relationship ❤❤❤
I love The Dodo because if it wasn't for stories like these I would've never guessed bearded dragons could be so lovable.
Wow awesome thank you and may God give him long life he's with a good family now
She is a great caretaker. I feel she would be a great parent to a child as well. They have the start of a lovely family. .
Thank goodness for kindness! It still exists ❤❤❤
I love him, lucky people to have him❤❤❤❤
We've got two beardies and I swear they love people even more than many dogs do - it made me cry seeing what bad shape he was in when you got him - how someone could neglect such a cute, friendly and loving lizard like that is beyond me.
Bearded Dragons are the cutest! My girlfriend has one that I love seeing every time I’m over 😊
Animals can detect genuine good souls, even if the person has no prior closeness to animals before. That is why he was attracted to go to your husband. Animals have natural instincts and are happy to be around good people. We humans are fortunate to care for them. Thanks for saving him, God bless you for your wonderful loving heart.
Horrifyingly Sad to see Caspar in such an horrific state ! 😢

What a sweet little guy. I'm so glad you rescued him & gave him a loving home. ❤
I love him in the salad bag! So cute
I love stories of unexpected personalities of fish, reptiles, and others that Dodo has! It’s educational and shows all breathing, living things deserve love & compassion! ❤
Casper did NOT forget the bad things from before they got him. Casper DEFINITELY remembers that stuff. And he's seen how well these people treat him, take care of, and helped him get better. He is GRATEFUL for what they did & do for him. That is why he is so affectionate.
We had a No Frilled Dragon before. We ended up going to the pet store to get food for our other animals. And Everytime we'd go there... we would always look around at the other animals. On one of those trips we were doing our regular walking 🚶♂️ around & just checking out all the fish tanks, the birds 🐦 🦜, and the reptiles. With NO intentions of buying any. We just liked to look. But for some reason on this day... I was especially interested in one of the parrots 🦜. But the parrot 🦜 wasn't having any of it. It was out of his cage sitting on the very top of the cage. But anytime ANYONE would go by it... he would turn around & face the wall... until they walked away. So I kept going by it & also watching 👀 it... to see if it did this to everyone. He even did it to staff. On one of the times I walked away... I stopped looking at the Parrot 🦜... and started to look at the fish 🐟. When all of a sudden I heard 👂 a noise coming from one of the reptiles... that caught my attention. So I went to investigate 🔎 what it was & where it was coming from. At the very bottom of all the reptile boxes... in the corner... was a frilled dragon 🐉... up against the glass & using his claws to tap on the glass. As I bent down to look at him... he began to do flips. I watched him for awhile... as he would go to his dish & drink some water... then come right back to the glass & do flips. After he would do a flip... he would turn his head & make sure I was watching 👀 him. Then at one point the person I was with grabbed my attention & asked me to come look at something. So I walked away to find out what it was & then looked at the puppy they were showing me. I then told them about that frilled dragon & what it was doing. Then I went to show them to see if it would do it again. As I walked over I was watching him in his box... where he was now hiding under his log. Other people would walk by looking at all the fish tanks & the reptiles. As people walked over to the Frilled Dragon he would try to hide more under his log. I then walked a bit closer... and as soon as I did... he came right out of his log & up to the glass again. When I got up to walk away again he stayed at the glass. Then a staff member came walking by... and he went straight Under his log again. The person I was with... tried to go up to him on their own... & he stayed under the log. But as they were sitting Watching him... and I walked back to him... he immediately came out running & tapping the glass... & doing flips again. It was then that we realized that we HAD to buy him & take him home 🏡. After buying him... we went straight to a reptile speciality store... and bought the largest terranium, lights, water dish, log, plants, the mulch, crickets, worms, etc... And took him home to wash it all & set it all up. He clung on to my shirt 👕 as I was setting it all up.
I set the tank up so it was right in front of the livingroom window. So he had the natural 🌞 sunlight & had a view of the outside world all the time. I figured he would be a lot happier to have a view of the outside & the livingroom... then he was at the store in a bottom tank where he was next to the floor and could mostly only see people's feet.
Anytime I would leave the house 🏠 or whenever I would arrive home 🏡. He would immediately go to the side of the tank that looked outside & watch me pull up & park... and watch me leave. When I would get inside... he would go to the side of the tank to see me walk in the door 🚪. Then he would come to the front of the tank... and tap on the tank & do a flip or 2. I would clean his tank out on a regular basis... where I would have to empty it all out, take it to the bathroom tub & use the shower 🚿 head to wash it all. He would cling onto my 👕 shirt the entire time. Of course he got his water changed daily... eventhough it was a waterfall. And his food daily.
A few times he would get out of his tank on his own & climb out the top screens... and then hang on the Curtains... right above the floor vent & in the sunshine.
We also had an indoor/outdoor cat 🐈. This cat would ask to go outside daily & come back on his own. When the cat 🐈 was out... he would hunt... & bring back his catch. When he was home he would sit by the Frilled Dragon tank on the back of the couch 🛋 in the 🌞 sun... and watch 👁 the Frilled Dragon... and nap. Eventually we put the cat 🐈 post right beside the tank. He would even lay down on top of the tank at times. I was always afraid 😨 the cat would try to catch the Frilled Dragon & kill it. But they were best buddies. Even when the lizard was out of his tank... the cat would come & cuddle with me on my lap... while the Frilled Dragon clung on to my shirt. When the lizard was out & about walking around on the floors... the cat 🐈 would just lay on his post & nap... or sometimes just watch the lizard 🦎.
If the cat was home 🏡 and then I got home 🏡... the cat 🐈 would do just like the Lizard 🦎 & sit there & watch me pull up, park & walk inside.
Then the cat would sit there at talk to me. He would meow "Hello"... and he would talk as though he was having a full conversation & responded as though he was having a full conversation. A lot of times... his meows sounded like actual words.
The 🐈 cat would be home in the morning 🌄... either because I was home 🏡 at night & he would cuddle with the kids at night... then hang out with the kids as they got ready for school 🏫. Then as they would walk out the door 🚪 to get in the vehicle... he would walk them to the vehicle... and then take off for the day. He would then always come home to greet them at the vehicle as they arrived home 🏡 & would walk in the door with them. If I was NOT home he would then hang out with them until they went to bed... and then ask to be let out. But then when they woke up... he would ask to come in... and then he would hang out with the kids as they got ready... and then leave again when they left out the door.
If I came home 🏡 during the night at anytime... no matter how late it was...or early wee hours middle of night... he would immediately greet me at my vehicle on the sidewalk & then come in the House with me. If I worked all night & came home in the morning or daytime... he would come home & greet me as I arrived & walk in the door w/me... then he would stay & cuddle with me while I slept. If I was home 🏡 at night... he would stay at night... and sleep right by the lizard... then wait to leave when the kids left in the morning. When I was home during the day... he would cuddle with me as I slept... then he would hangout with the lizard when I was awake. And while hanging out with the lizard 🦎... the lizard 🦎 would always go to the side of the tank right up against it... while the cat 🐈 would snuggle right up against the outside of tank right where the lizard was. And he would even talk & play with the lizard. The lizard would tap & do flips against the glass & the cat would gently paw the exact spots the lizard put his lizard 🦎 "hands" ✋. They would sometimes play the mirror game. Where the Frilled Dragon would run around his tank & then put his front claws against the tank... and the cat would run around the outside of the tank & put his paw in the exact spot the lizard 🦎 put his.
So moral is that reptiles & other animals are very aware. And they remember. They remember how it was before they were in a better situation. And are grateful for being cared for & taken care of & loved. And they show this in their own ways.
(*Note: I kept writing ✍ Lizard. It should be: Reptile or Frilled Dragon)
This was an awesome story! I always wanted a bearded dragon!! 🦎
I hope Casper and his family have the best life ever!! ❤️
Beautiful
Happy dragon life! Says it all🥰
Awesome job guys!!
Magical
Someone brought a bearded dragon to my old highschool once. It pooped on the desk 😅 it was cool tho.
Glad Casper is happy now.
Cute Bearded Dragon.
I believe animals can sense a person's energy.🦎
It’s amazing how forgiving and willing to trust again from animals. They always know when you save them. One would think reptiles wouldn’t know but they do. I remember when I was looking for my dog in 2002 I was asked if I wanted to hold a tarantula. I said yes, terrified. Well the spider looked at me and got into defensive posture fangs showing. But once assured I was not going to hurt her she was put in my cupped hands and I couldn’t feel her walking on me. Then she stopped and I started to involuntarily shake. But the spider who was a Chilean Rose tarantula, just sat calmly in my hands. She didn’t bite and just rested. I was so impressed. Instinct made her afraid of me at first. Then realized I was no threat. My shaking could’ve triggered her but she was calm. If she had lids she would’ve been asleep. She trusted me and I trusted her. I never would’ve thought a spider could be like that. I’ve never been afraid of spiders since.
Bearded dragons are best animals. You should definitely get one.
Now THIS is a wonderful video. Not a big reptile fan, but this couple made me uh, not want one, but donate to a rescue. And I will, in Casper's name.
So lovely
Wonderful family ❤❤❤
beautiful!!!
Hello handsome boy👋💙🙏
He has his own little couch so stinkin’ cute!!! 😊🥰
Awesome ❤
Animals forgive, they’re great teachers, comforters and supervisors.
That was beautiful ❤ It's sad a human did that a human did that to him
Good and sagacious video technics Bearded Dragon! We couldn't have done it without his help!😆😆😆
It should be a world-wide law that any animal abuse is inflicted back on the abuser.
Yes thank you I would love that so so much
❤
Thanks Angels🙏🏼💖
I didn't understand what happened to him B4 living with u guys? Thanks for the answer
It looks like he has Metabolic Bone Disease (MBD) which is a chronic, incurable condition that Bearded Dragons develop when they're kept in an enclosure with little to no UV light and their diet is lacking in nutrients. A common symptom in dragons with MBD is weakness in the limbs and a protruding lower jaw. Looks like he also had tail rot, which can be caused by stuck shed or injury to the tail and subsequent infection, and possibly an infected sore on his snout (possibly from injury or rubbing his snout on the glass in distress).
In my country, I see many bearded dragons in poor conditions that lead to lifelong health problems because their owners did not understand their needs--it's incredibly sad. Bearded dragons can be wonderful pets with the right care, much more social and full of personality than most people expect from a lizard. That his new owners are so careful to feed him a balanced diet and provide him with lots of UV light and time out of his enclosure shows that they understand his needs and have a real love for these animals.
@@Lastname_the_First thanks for the answer, which country is it and how did they actually save him? The owner didn't want it anymore?
he putted the past behind him
When I was a kid I would have been in heaven if I had had a bearded dragon!!! But I did catch anoles & skinks. I didn't keep them, they were just mine for a day & then let go.
Caspar à eu de la chance c'est pourquoi il faut laisser tout ces animaux dans leur espace de vie naturel ❤
Reptiles are not my favorite creatures, as a rule, but Casper definitely has personality. Maybe, someday, I'll work up the nerve to pet one, but I'm in no hurry!😂😂😂
Beautiful 😍 😘
I am now going to get a Bearded Dragon to do all of my house maintenance! 🔨⛏
I wish I could get my lizard indigo on this channel ❤
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
❤❤🙏🙏
💖💖💖
❤❤
Due to being neglected and not given the proper diet/supplements/lighting for an extended period of time, you can tell he has Metabolic Bone Disease which is technically incurable. The underbite is an obvious sign as well as a few others that can be markers for the illness.
very cool
So we got bearded dragons fixing tvs before gta 6 and flying cars. 😂😂😂
AMEN DEAR ANGEL1111 AMEN❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
