@@RvaJay Would you think low psi applications would be ok? Or no? I'm looking to retrofit a better turbo on my humvee and run 14 max.

Yup, no restrictor on journal bearings.
It still blew up lol. The turbo couldn’t take 26psi for too long. It lasted about 200 hard miles
A lot of those are just journal for sure, but also theres quite a few ebay "dual ball bearing" ones that actually are real for around $450. Did this one advertise dual bearing as well?
Because I got this as a replacement turbo I never saw the listing. The seller offered be a BB turbo as an upgrade because they were out of the original one. Truthfully its not a bad turbo. They said its max was 2 bar(28psi), they were right.
