Traditional Ghee from Amul vs Lupark butter. Is it up to the expectations?

- Ghee is also called as clarrified butter. Ghee is an essential and important ingredient of every indian kitchen households. In this video let us see if we can make ghee from store bought butter and if it tastes the same as homemade.
We have used 2 most popular butter(AMUL and LURPAK) to make ghee. Please watch the full video to know which butter turns out to be the best to make ghee.
Let us have a look at the ingredients:
Butter-400 grams
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Methi- 3/4th tsp
Betel Leaf-1 small sized(Optional)
Betel leaf imparts a refreshing flavor to the ghee and Methi seeds enhances the flavor of the ghee and also restores its flavor when stored for long duration.

Why you added methi, haldi and salt? Won’t it change the taste of ghee?
It enhances the taste and flavor at the same times adds some medicinal properties
How to store this ghee in freez or outside can u please tell mi ....how long it will safe..?
In fridge you can keep upto 6 months and over 3 months outside, it would taste the same as long as you ensure no water touches ghee.. not even feaction of a drop ,🙂
