Part 2 - Reshape and rebeads to shorten straps of illusion back wedding dress

In the previous video I have show you the groundwork needed to be done before you start trimming off the excess to shorten straps and lower the beadings to where the new neckline will be.
We now need to remove all the excess beads that are in the way so we can reattached the row of neckline beadings that we had remove back onto the edge of the cutoff top.
