Delete Patch procedure do not work...

Hi.
Not sure why the procedure does not work on your unit.
As you can see from the demonstration video, the operation does work on mine.
Is it an internal patch or from a card you are trying to delete the patch from ? Have you missed a step, Is it a ROM or RAM Card you are trying to delete from ?
Sorry I can't be more help in suggestions.
