Finally someone from india who shows the whole process. Hats off to you man. Thank you. Keep making more videos
Please use heat resistant primer from brands like VHT or Rust-Oleum and then use the 3m exhaust paint. Primer helps to increase the bond with the paint and stops rust formation in future

You are making definitely worthy content on maintenance of bike and other mods and stuff, definitely subscribing but i have a small suggestion.. the volume of bgm is lil bit high please lower it in upcoming videos ..

Good explanation with great details with so much of passion and teaching skills. but kindly avoid the loud annoying BGM. you could have silences instead. The sound level is uneven and is annoying.
How to fix miss gear for ns200... Love from Nepal ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
Hi @dpmvlogs !
Are you looking for false neutral issues or your gear shaft not returning to its original position ?
@@ARKIONX yes please make a video in this topic also❣️❣️👍👍
Take it to the mechanic bro, if your try doing it yourself it'll only be worse
Very informative video bro

If u use sand paper it will leaves scatches on silencer

Hi.. have two question i really like your video as such videos are not available on youtube .I am also NS200 user wanted to know on this video us NS is have apollo 150/70 tyre did they fit properly and wanted to know is it possible to install ktm gear lever to NS200 as u have installed it on Dominor
Hi,
1. Yes 150/70 can fit the NS alloy with no problem.
2. NS mountings has some clearance issues hence ktm levers would not be a direct fit like dominar.
However you have 2 options:
a. Scrape off some casting from stock footrest holder to make enough clearance .
b. Replace stock holder with Dominar one.
@@ARKIONX if in near future u will install gear lever of ktm to ur NS please make a video on it too. Thanks
can we install slipper clutch in ns200 2023 with the same n250 spare ..if yes , doesn't it breach the warranty
Hi @fitmee, you can definitely install slipper clutch in 2023 model but it will void your vehicle warranty as you are modifying your engine.
Inner surface of the exhaust should be cleaned with a bottle brush or something like that
what about the heat? it will destroy the paint
No, its heat resistant coating
500 rs tool kit is ok or not
If the tool is made of good quality materials like Crome vanadium then it’s good to use.
Bro can u please make video on ns200 not crossing 7k rpm on 6th gear.. pls check link for example ( ua-cam.com/video/MOTTomfOOBA/v-deo.html ) my mechanic says no problem with diaphragm is good no need to change.. even on 2nd,3rd,4th it lags at 7k rpm ..like not enough fuel supply.. on 5th gear some times take too much time to cross 7krpm.. have to hold for long time
clutch plate, ignition coil, spark plug , petrol filter, air filter, diaphragm(mostly)...
Hi bro,
If your diaphragm is in good shape, kindly check your clutch plates.
if its good then the issue might be on your electrical like : CDI (for BS4, BS3), ignition coils, spark plugs.
- Also do replace air & oil filters.
- Check fuel lines for any kinks.
Even if all this is fine - the issue might be with your carburettor itself as its one of the most common problem in NS200. In rare scenario you might have compression issues too.
@@ARKIONX Thanks for responding.. ill get it checked..
