We almost always keep the car overnight. Even if I get it done in the first day, I like to have it overnight so i can double-check everything thing the morning. Partial hood kits can be done in one day normally. Full front ends, I keep for 2 nights whenever possible. 2 working days and double-check everything on the third morning. Full vehicles are at the shop for at least a week normally. Great question. 👍🏻

I don't have a problem telling customers it's gonna be at least 3 or 4 days. Problem is the dealership we do work for. Always has to be done now and their customers aren't much better. It seems customers self-importance takes precedent over our ability to give them the proper service. I learned a long time ago in this business, there's price, quality,and time, pick two you can't have all Three. But that's another conversation. Thank you so much. What brand of ppf are you using. Yeah, dealerships are like that. You are definitely on their timeline, or they will find someone else who is. It has always been that way, and I don't see it changing. My son is planning to come work at the shop in a couple of years. He's 13 now.
