बिल्डरने सोसायटीत स्थापन केल्या नंतर त्या सोसायटीच्या नावाने कन्वेस डीड किंवा डीमड कन्वेस करून देणे रेरा कायद्यात बंधनकारक असूनही ते देत नाहीत त्यासाठी बिल्डर कडून येणार खर्च बिल्डरने सोसायटीच्या नावाने सोसायटीच्या नावाने बँक खात्यात जमा केले पाहिजे.असा कायदा लागू करण्यात आले पाहिजे.
Sir, Just a suggestion, as per your saying MOFA under the builder have to do conveyance deed. Than if he does not do why don't the rule by default give conveyance deed to the society & let the builder give the reply to the DDR Office

I propose: (if at all administration and legal ... Mafia .... Any objection) All the documentation is available with Authority which are COMFORTABLY reachable by any govt dept..... Then govt must atleast take data of registered societies and data from property tax department and identify which all don't have conveyance and provide conveyance with compensation from builders.... And for those society which doesn't have documentation other than oc ... Builders must be penalised heavy and punish under cr pc....
Amcha project ka GV madhe kela ahe..ya madhe land owner la 4 flat bhetle ani builders la 5 flat gele.. Mi 2018 madhe Land owner kadun flat vikat ghetla ahe tar yachi convyence deed konakadun karun bhetel.. Builder sangto ki he deal tumhi maja sobat keli naho tar mi karun denar nahi

One who made law was he cunning because at the same of purchase of flat conveyance deed should be done. Why again and again registration fees need to paid. It is rape on preamble of constitution.
If we go for deemed conveyance and authority charged penalty for occupying the flat without obtaining OC whether penalty has to be paid by the society please advise our society members have occupied flats without obtaining OC
Forget Conveyance Deed ..... Majority building doesn't even have.... OC .... and BCC ..... and many even doesn't have First CC Shouldn't the builder, legal and administrative.....mafia..... Be in jail..... What an ironical statement I have made If a building has OC ..... then why is that they need Conveyance!!! Shouldn't that be given along.... Unless administration and lawyers wants to suck the blood..... They charge bomb for conveyance.... We paid stamp duty we pay property tax we pay IT we pay ficking tax on a single Aspirin.... And then we are penalised for not having oc ... Or we pay and suffer for conveyance even if we have oc...

Bulider la completion certificate natar one year pAssun conveyance nahi dila tar gov. La Heavy daily fine lawayach hi magani me karto sasana kadun.
