Taking this test is literally learning another language
So true 😫
Glad im not alone hope it gets easier!!
I agree
I'VE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH NATIONAL. CANNOT PASS AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. VERY DISCOURAGED! NOT SURE WHAT ELSE TO DO. 😢
The national party for me is easy. It’s the state specific stuff that gets me. Arizona need to stop trying to be so unique 😂
P (possession) I (interest) T (time) T (title) easier to remember, at least for me
I remember Possession Interest Time Title as PITT (as in Brad Pitt!)
I have my exam in 2 days, im watching all your videos over and over !! A+++++
Thank you for this. Tenancy especially Joint and Tenancy in common have been really messing with my head
Yes!
I just wanna say, looking at these prep agent vids might have helped me pass my broker exam. Very informative and well rounded. Good work!!Thank you!!!
why the hell did i paid for the course and found out about this channel.. this is way better
I agree!
This is perfect for the tipic exam for Maryland
I prefer the acronym PITT Instead of TTIP just easier to remember
Simple and clear! Thank you, Prep Agent
You’re the best!! You make everything look so easyy!
Awesome!, thanks for the clarity.
you're awesome teacher Joe. Thanks
How about using PITT- Possession, Interest, title, Time to remember the principles of Joint tenancy?
fantastic lessons, is helping me prepare to my exam for the end of the month. I hope that I would be able to do one of your webinars also. thanks for the great stuff.

What about PITT? as in Brad "PITT", Possession, Interest, Title, Time? Just a thought...
Did the same :) and the ownership form that it belongs to, "JOInt Tenancy", even has Angelina "JOLIes" letters in it to create a bridge... ;) lol...
You guys saved my
Life 💁🏽☺️

Emilia Charles Glad you liked it Emillia!

Are these older videos still relevant? Thank you for all the value you guys are bringing! Love this channel
5 months later! I'm studying through real estate express and yes. This info is still relevant. The legal definition hasn't changed in all the videos I've saw of prep agent so far.
Love it though it could’ve been a little bit longer
Community property is mis spelled by the bride and groom! :)
+Heather Smith Whoops :)
One of the questions I had come across on an exam was (along the lines of):
If a person in a joint tenancy defaults on a mortgage, who would the bank come for. All owners of the property or just the one who defaulted on the loan
I know that you mentioned that the other would be free and clear if someone dies but what if someone defaults?
What is the answer to this question?
Hello we need an answer 🤔🤔😊😊😊 Please
Joint tenants are equally liable for all debts against the property. Tenants in common can use their own shares as collateral and take on sole financial responsibility for loans.
Was the test you took sales associate exam?

Community Prorpety...
What about partnerships??? Corporations???
Is "unity of ownership" and "joint tenancy" the same thing?
Joint Tenancy PITT - Possession Interest Time Title
in joint tenancy in ttip does interest mean still paying rent on money borrowed?
+Armand Tognan
Interest is referring to "Undivided Interest" in the property. That means every owner owns the same amount as each other. If there are 4 owners, each owner owns 25%. If there are 3 owners, each owner owns 33.33%. If there are 2 owners, each owner owns 50%.
Regarding TTIP, this interest has nothing to do with mortgage interest.
"Prorpety" 😂
Ridiculously confusing....
check your spelling and grammar
Julia Stark omg annoying leave him alone
