RCR Mileage Feb 2024

An update for members of Rushmere Community Runners as we complete the 2024 Team Mileage Challenge.
No names or individual details of participants are on this video, apart from team names. The team names are just scratching the surface of athletes I admire and would not be surprised if they medal at Paris 2024.
All club communications are on our normal formats.
A huge mileage as we start the year in cold and wet conditions - well done all. Remember, all the runners from the evicted team will be added to the remaining five teams, and we kick on again in March.
