It's that time again where i carry out your annual physical exam (yearly check up).
I check your height, weight, temperature, chest (lungs & heart), pulse, urine test, blood pressure, blood test, glands, sinuses, ears, eyes, knees, wrists, hips, mouth, throat & ask your some questions during the physical assessment.

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.

I read the title as “annual physics exam” and immediately panicked, until I remembered that I don’t even have physics anymore, it’s 1am and I’m watching asmr on UA-cam.
I'm actually due for an annual exam. My appointment is tomorrow and I'm nervous. But watching this is relaxing me.

Good luck on your exam! If the doctor's worth their salt, they'll make the experience as quick and stress-free as possible. Hopefully it is just a simple check up!
