    Just made them and they are delicious. I had a few jars of honey left from last last years harvest and needed to make room for the next harvest. Used raw cane sugar instead of refined sugar, which gave the cookies even more flavor.

    How beautiful! My cousin is a beekeeper, and he is just jarring up this years honey. It is dark and rich so it will be perfect for this recipe. Your wooden molds are gorgeous!

    Oooooooh I've been looking for a recipe for "biscotti al miele" as we call them in Northern Italy /Italian part of Switzerland 😋😋😋😋😋😋 I will try them this weekend thank you for sharing 💖

      Thank you. You will love them! We call them Pryaniki using cooed dough. If you keep them in the air-tight container, they will stay fresh for a long time. 💯 Let me know how you liked it.

    can you maybe cover wooden mold in strech folia and then place dough over

      No. You will not get a perfect imprint. You can dust it with flour instead of using oil.

    Please someone tell me how thick to roll out the dough for cutting the circles?

      Hello 👋, if you are not using the molds, roll the dough out to 1/4" inches thick, which is about 7 millimeters. I hope that was helpful. Good luck 🌹
