Great built Allen, I have built a couple of those grills myself, bit different than yours . Every time I see you weld you don't have any gloves on, man do you want melanoma cancer from the UV light ? At least put a tig glove on your off hand, I would hate to see you fade away with cancer a few years down the road. You don't think about it now, but do so before it is too late. Everybody thinks it won't happen to me but remember anything can happen to anybody at any time. Put a glove on and wear some sleeves, don 't want to hear you got cancer. UV and HV and RF light from hots welds will do you in. Be safe rather than sorry because we really like your work.
Such a pleasure watching your craftsmanship and workmanship! Producing a true QUALITY product from Good Materials! Not that crap that is sold in big box stores and online at overinflated prices, mass produced overseas. Always Dress Right Dress, ALLEN! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Allen made one of these for me, I can vouch it is the best grill I have ever used. Cannot recommend enough, built like a tank. We do a lot of wood fire grilling on it and it’s perfect. Our fire pits he made are sweet too. Going to have to get him to make me a reverse flow sometime in the near future
1st thing is you flipping rock and I appreciate your work! 2nd thing brother roll on that concrete sealer on your floor! All that fine dust goes away. You'll be very happy!
I been watching and subscribed to you back when you was working outside of the house before the 55 gallon drum blew up and this is the first video I’ve had recorded since you started working in the new shop.
Hi Allen, Do you clean off the mill scale before you start welding? If so what do you use to clean it off, if not do you need to make adjustments on the welder to compensate for the mill scale?
Me and 3 friends drove from MI to LA to pick up 4 of Allen's Santa Maria. We had a couple of upgrades requested that Allen did for us with an upcharge. We had him split the grill surface into 2 - 24" X 24" sections (our grills are 48" wide). Also had him put a larger pneumatic caster on for easier rolling across grass. We all love ours! A couple of other things I did when we got home, that others may want. I took out the lower grate (for wood/charcoal) and the slides that held it. I then put firebrick across the whole bottom. Easier to maintain fire, insulares and preserves the bottom of the grill and uses less fuel. If you are going to use it fully I recommend as that much charcoal/wood gets HOT!!! I pinned my laser thermemeter over 1,000 degrees. That begins to warp metal. The firebrock stops that. Thanks again Allen, and as I've said before...raise your prices!! You are too inexpensive for what we get. ...oh, and one last thing...I wish I would have had Allen do fold down on the shelves. Worth any extra $$.
@@gayanathaponso5158 I don't think that is necessary, at least for me it has not been an issue. If you want, I can email you pics of mine. If you go to my channel, go to the about page and you can get my email address there.
Love the stuff your putting out Mr. Allen. It always looks great. Videos very entertaining and informative. Look forward to the next one.

Old timer at my work is 73 and welds in a shortsleeve shirt. All depends on your body
Just getting into welding here, and wear gloves. Is it worse than sunlight?
