Bug team does have a lot of potential if you build Genesect and Phermosa well enough, Build it like Genesect as Tanky and Good attack, Phermosa with speed and Attack, Buzzwhole with Fury and speed.

Dany is it good idee to put my mew in to pokemon research i get 48k research xp and i don't use my mew at all
Only if you can get extra stats, and only if your Monster Riot team is good (because you can farm MR to get Mew Shards if you need in the future)
