Any idea on how to fix a Hikvision ivms 4200 reconnecting error code [47]: the user does not exist? Every so often one or more of our DVR's show this issue, but everything says it is connected.

I got the same with OpenSDK Error 3306. It is stream error from NVR to IVMS. This option, Automatic change stream type, make changes in cloud and other devices as mobile are not working properly.
Please Share NVR Model Number and installed Firmware version and I will provide you Latest Firmware for it.

Eu não tenho seu modelo dvr na Índia. mas conheço a solução para isso. você tem que abrir o dvr no navegador e entrar, agora você precisa entrar em configurações e verificar EVENTO e desmarcar todas as verificações. Check if you can ping your DVR from your laptop or computer. Restart your DVR and SADP Tool and use it again.

re-run the setup again and repair guarding vision or download and install ivms-4200 setup.

Reset Your IP camera to Default to solve 91 Error and Reconfigure it. Set IP Camera Video Settings Bitrate 1024 or 2048 as per your NVR total Bandwidth.

As the error said, No More Users can be connected. it means you have to create another user in DVR or NVR to access the live stream from more users.

Resan Chea if your camera is hikvision then use SADP TOOL to find ip address or download a free tool called "IP SCANNER" AND RUN IT.
you will get whole network ip address.

This is a known problem that will be fixed with Hikvisions next IVMS upgrade. The is a OpenNetStream.dll file that needs to be updated in the C:\Program Files\iVMS-4200 Station\iVMS-4200\iVMS-4200 directory. please update ivms.

If the PC and the camera are on different Internet networks, then such a problem appears only when viewing the recording, when viewing online there is no problem at all.

Dear Friend, if your NVR port have issue to supply power to IP Camera this error can come. if your IP Camera heat up and got hanged then this issue can come. so you need to check LAN Connectivity at camera end and power connectivity from your NVR Camera Management Settings.

перезагрузка не решает проблему , а отодвигает ее на неопределенный срок
потом будет все тоже самое, и опять придется перезагружать
уверен, что проблема кроется либо в прошивке камер, либо в самой программе iVMS-4200

Reset it to default and configure again, it will solve your problem, create multiple accounts in DVR/NVR to watch in multiple devices.
