Mmmmm pumpkin spice. I add it to many things... red lentil stew, roasted squash and sweet potatoes, oatmeal, dessert hummus (for dipping apples 😂). Are you familiar with speculaas spice blend? It's more involved than pumpkin spice but I think you'd like it none the less. I hope you're having a super wonderful adventure!

I love these kinds of spices and spice blends :D I have a similar one albeit with turmeric and black pepper and cayenne, that I cook my morning porridges with, but it is also a frequent occassion that all these spices go into stews (especially ones with cabbage), with or without other spices to keep them company ^^ it would be a good idea to make a blend so I have them together xD I do for my porridge mix, but could be nice to have something like this, too :) thank you for the inspiration
