Hi Donato. Another great vid on a current topic with these different apps. As a newish runner, started in 2020 at 42 yrs old, joined a running club 1 yr later, and started using Runna this time last year. Runna has been great for me, PB'd 10k, half and marathon last year. Fully understand it may not be for everyone, but its interaction with my Garmin has been great.

Great to hear Brian and glad you enjoyed this! So you are still on the upward trajectory of improving times?
@@PoetWithPace Yes, fortunately so, just.. My 3 marathons have been London 4:40, Manchester 4:00:16, and Abingdon 3:59:40
@@briansmyth1502 nice improvements! When do you think you could run around 3:15?
@@PoetWithPace 03:45 would be great for me at Milton Keynes in May. Small increments are fine for me as long as they are possible.
@ very true Brian! Enjoy the training 👍🏼
I like both app I'm use coophah runna is a better app
Thank you for your feedback Richard. How long have you been running and what distances you like most?
