The album that makes Madonna's Erotica blush! I love that Carly Simon rerecorded her vocals from her song "You're So Vain" for "Son Of A Gun (I Betcha Think This Song Is About You)" rather than sampling the original vocals. Doesn't Really Matter was featured in the Eddie Murphy movie "The Nutty Professor II: The Klumps" in which Janet had a starring role.
When We Oooo, China Love & Truth are some of my faves on that album. So chill and laid back! And when she danced to China Love during her Vegas residency... *chef's kiss*. Also, "Would You Mind" got her album banned in multiple countries around the world and she ended up releasing a version without the track.
China Love has grown on me through the years and now it’s one of my all time favorite Janet songs ever. It sounds like Drake could jump on it and spit some bars. Still so fresh to this day. Love it.
Omg. Loves it. 👑😍 Takes me back to my sophomore year in high school, is it sad I remember the date this album was released? April 24, 2001, I didn’t even have to look. From April - June EVERY DAY I had a routine with this album. I would wake up and eat breakfast (strawberry oatmeal, and she actually loves strawberries) to When We Oooo... and China Love. THEN I would do how many ever crunches to All For You, Come on Get Up, You Ain’t Right and Trust a Try. Then, I would get ready and go to school. I love these reactions you’re doing!! 💯 I’m in love with her interludes.... I wonder how she got away with not putting a parental advisory on her albums, because I was in 7th grade when the Velvet Rope was released and I got it.... haha. I can’t pick a favorite album, I love them all, even though Discipline kind of disappointed me. I still love a few songs on it, though. Awesome channel! 🤗🥰
Another Concidence 0:30 Its funny her and madonna both at comeback during y2k they were at a point in this era were everything was fresh and new and they found peace and happiness
@@oshunenergy3884 I know same for the other way around i wish both janet and michael got along with madonna why is always the legends like them hate madonna but trash bags like miley and britney like her
@@magicslave3066 ummm madonna is one of the biggest haters in Hollywood. She called whitney mediocre in the 90s. Madonna is threatened by janet. Madonna has bashed janet, Mariah, whitney and sharon stone as well as Elton john.
I was just listening to the All For You album a month ago such a happy and fun album Janet did 360 with this album going from the dark and moody The Velvet Rope album to this happy, upbeat and sexy album this was such a great era of Janet Jackson like MTV honoring her as their first icon her All For You tour setting records such a iconic era I love China Love, When We Oooo, Better Days, Trust A Try and of course Would You Mind I love freaky Janet lol but this one of my favorite albums ever!
Wow China Love and When We Oooo are like the biggest gems on the album but everyone loves her Would You Mind song which is like the biggest highlight on the album you should see when she performed it on the All For You tour ☺
I can see that Rihanna got inspired by this album for her Loud era. Especially since her previous era Rated R had a darker tone and mood and the way that Rihanna transitioned from the dark tone and mood from Rated R to the upbeat and lighter atmosphere of Loud makes resembles how Janet Jackson transitioned from her The Velvet Rope era, which it was a darker atmosphere to the upbeat atmosphere of the All For You era.
I adore the All For You album with a passion it's I love it's a fun poppy album a complete turn around from her moody and dark album The Velvet Rope I'm shock you think China Love is boring I love the beat from the song I was mind blown when Janet perform the song on her Metamorphosis Vegas residency last year but everybody favorite song off the album is Would You Mind I wish see Janet interviews about the song saying it's so awkward for her but I just love how happy and free she was with this album this is actually Janet most happiest album in her discography. I hope you react to Janet Jackson's bring MTV's first Icon from 2001 in the future the music industry was celebrating Janet impact in pop culture so many artists like Britney Spears, Pink, Christina Aguilera, Destiny's Child, Aaliyah, NSYNC etc was honoring her.
If you get time, go back to the 90s and react to Scream, the duet with Michael Jackson. The video for it is one of, if not the, most expensive music videos of all time...and it’s iconic
Janet’s reclaiming herself album reminds me of Kylie’s Light Years with All For You for me being similar in promotion to Spinning Around. One of the sexiest albums ever made. The only shame there weren’t more singles due to the fall out of Mariah Carey’s Glitter. Come On Get Up and Trust a Try would’ve been worldwide hits. For me though not so fussed on Would You Mind as I think it just shocks for the purpose of shocking. Love Scene (Oooh Baby) is far more superior in my opinion
I bought the CD of this album and im so disappointed. The singles (Doesnt Really Matter, All For You, Son of a Gun & Someone to call my lover) are the bomb but the rest are just fillers except Would You Mind.. sorry..
Disappointed in this album compared to the previous releases. I mean it’s great fir the standard pop star but falls a little flat for a Janet Album 🤷🏻♂️. Really like the bops (3) All for you, Someone to call my lover and Doesn’t really matter.
Unfortunately, with the review of this album you have now come to the end of Janets super successful pop hits streak. Someone to Call My Lover Would Be here Last top 10 here in the U.S. and her decline was even more rapid worldwide. Such a shame because she is so talented and one of my favorite female singers.
Oh my, next up is DAMITA JO, which is criminally underrated. SO MANY BOPS!
When We Oooo is an afternoon to evening drive song
The album that makes Madonna's Erotica blush!

Another awesome album by Janet. Sadly, it was her last commercially successful album. I adore Janet's looks, videos, shows during the All For You era
China Love has grown on me through the years and now it’s one of my all time favorite Janet songs ever. It sounds like Drake could jump on it and spit some bars. Still so fresh to this day. Love it.
You should probably backtrack and listen to 1995’s “Runaway” and “Twenty Foreplay” now that “Runaway” is finally available again.
I was gonna say that too🙌🏽🤍❤️
Twenty Foreplay is criminally underrated
Exactly both from the Design of the Decade 1986-1996
Omg. Loves it. 👑😍 Takes me back to my sophomore year in high school, is it sad I remember the date this album was released? April 24, 2001, I didn’t even have to look. I actually love When We Oooo.... i guess it just holds special memory for me.... I wouldn’t choose it to promote or anything, no.
I LOVE CHINA LOVE AS WELL 😭😭 eh, well, I suppose that shows why I ate to those two songs instead of worked out, lol
Discipline was a let down without collaborating with Jam and Lewis
When we ooo is my favorite janet song and the best song on the album you crazy lol listen again the harmonies and melodies are amazing
Would You Mind is a precursor to her next album, Damita Jo. For awhile that song was removed from the physical CD.
Another Concidence 0:30 Its funny her and madonna both at comeback during y2k they were at a point in this era were everything was fresh and new and they found peace and happiness
Madonna never liked janet. I really don't know why

YASSS! All For You is my favorite album of ALL TIME. So many great memories. Best Summer ☀️ album ever. 😍

Also with the sensual song notice how they get sexier so she wanted to ease you into Would You Mind
Truth was my most played song on Spotify of the 2010s
Yes someone broke my heart and went back in the closet so it hits close to home
Which song this album came out in 2001
#600 subscriber :) I love Janet
I shower to China Love all the time lol

I’m saving Scream for when I go on a Micheal Jackson discography journey sometime this year 🙃🔥
China Love is a song you have to watch her perform another drive song
Handsome Mahlambi I love the hell outta “When We Ooo” and “China Love”

The era that made me a fan!!!! Janet at her peak of her success and popularity!!! Sigh. 😔👍😫
I love Janet but Damita Jo is my second least favorite post Control album so I’ll be waiting for 20Y.O.
All 4 u is Janet's pop classic of the 2000s ...

China Love boring I'm shock that is usally a fan favorite track off the All For You album.
React to Janet Jackson videos. More Janet
Lmbo. I can't!
