    How to use:
    ☑️ Select the appropriate training resistance by adjusting the weight unit handle.
    ☑️ Make sure that the weight unit is locked.
    ☑️ Take a firm standing position, facing the machine.
    ☑️ Place the bar behind your neck on the upper back muscles. Grab the bar with both hands.
    ☑️ Release the adjustment lever and extend your legs slightly.
    ☑️ Keep your chest open and your abs tight, squat by bending your hips back and return to the starting position.
    ☑️ After the last rep, release the bar back up slowly and lock the adjustment lever.
    Whether you’re strength training or looking to increase your overall fitness, squats provide a great, full-body workout that exercises multiple muscle groups, particularly in the lower half of your body. Not only will you be increasing strength and muscle mass in your legs, you’ll also be helping to improve your long-term health by building stamina and improving your balance and coordination.
