Hey man great video. But I’m trying to figure out how to rename the audio files? Because TX1 and TX2 both save the file name to the same name. So this is an issue because when I import them to my pc, both files have the same name and it overwrites the other file. And I don’t want to manually rename each audio file if I don’t have to. Because when I import these files into my video editing software it causes issue and missing files because they have the same file name. Any info on this? Formatting / deleting the files on both TX doesn’t help. Thanks
what happens when the mic battery is full..?? does it stop charging thr mic anf auto shut off that particular mic charging process... or doest it continue to charge the micand the mic led stays on?? with my cases, everything seems to stay on (blue lights stop blinking but stay solid blue, and on the receiver, the display is still on, showing a full battery icon. Doesn't seem to be right... i have purchased rode wireless go 2 ... need to update charging case ???
@@DoubtMeTech @videoguysaustralia thanks .......I have found the problem ... Actually one of my transmitter n receiver have battery issue ....Ones the fully charged ..they lose their battery percentage by ...10 % with in 5 sec That's why this power case try to charge they all the time I need to replace the battery of my transmitter n receiver 😑😑😑😑 Or do u have any solution on this ???
The timecode feature is meant to be used when you're going to use the 32 bit audio files recorded internally from the transmitters. If you're not recording Internally to the transmitters, you don't really need to use the timecode function.
Greetings.Thank you for your video. Please guide me , regarding the use of Rode Wireless PRO, as wireless hands free mic for public address for mega church meetings etc. where preacher and interpreter stands together with their mobiles etc. 1) Rode Wireless PRO being GHz,will our mobiles,wi-fi etc.interfear with it's signals, so that the voice gets affected?( Not saying about feed back, but about interferences from other signals ) 2) Can Rode Wireless PRO receiver be connected directly to the sound amplifier or is it possible only through a mixer ? PLEASE LET ME KNOW,IF IT IS FINE TO GO FOR IT FOR MY SPECIFIC USE ?
You can follow the part where I show how to set for specific cameras and download the camera profile. Or... You can set your receiver to -6dB and your Transmitter to 15dB and then when doing a mic test change your camera audio levels to the right balance where it doesn't clip
@@DoubtMeTech thank you 🙏🏼 now granted my audio levels from the camera won’t matter once I connect to the Sony ecm-b10 correct?? Since that has an auto mode it’ll over ride the previous settings I’m thinking…
It actually works pretty well. Personally as someone experienced in audio, I prefer to set the gain myself. But again, it actually is pretty impressive and does a good job
Can we use only 1 transmitter ? No receiver, no charging case just the transmitter and use its internal recording functionality ? I don't mind syncing audio in post.
Like if I take only 1 transmitter from my friend who owns this mic since he need only 1 mic. And I also need only 1 mic. Can I use it on its own without any receiver? I can sync audio in post..

Yes it auto shuts off and doesn't overcharge

I purchased a non charging case from Amazon to prevent battery issues
I so wish there was a way to get split audio from both TXs AND ext TC metadata into the camera (not the audio sourced TC though)

Does Rode Wireless Pro have lock feature at all to avoid accidentally turn off the recording?
Im confused what should my mic settings be on my Sony a7iv vs what db should the wireless pro be at? can't find this information anywhere

Is the auto gain for TX the Thing? Is it good or better to switch off?

is it that one can only set framerate when using timecode? can't we just record straight to the internal memory and use the 32 bit float?
You only need frame rate when using timecode. Each Transmitter is a 32 bit float recorder. So any internal recording will always be 32 bit float
Can we use only 1 transmitter ?
No receiver, no charging case just the transmitter and use its internal recording functionality ?

for me it only shows the charging case, any idea why?
