    Thank you for your lovely take on it. Truly appreciate it. In the second collection i made about 100+ bottles of each perfume. Oud Picante was the most popular and sold out first. Then was Atlantic Ambergris I believe. Inverno Russo and Flux de Fluer were 2 least popular ones. However, at the time Inverno Russo was my personal favorite. Have to disagree with you about the saying that i could use better ingredients back then due to a more limited batches and as we grow we could not use such a high caliber of ingredients. This is actually the opposite. Now we can use kinam and some other extremely costly distillations of saffron, musk and the likes that i could not even dream about back then. Ofcourse when a certain ingredient is extremely rare like most in our Antiquity perfume for example then its number of bottles is tight to it and nothing much can be done...

      Thank you so much for this answer. Early on I proposed these in question forms on the videos, LOL. I will do that going forward when I have curiosities. You have no idea how much I appreciate you sharing this. But IMO the technicality in this vs. Agar De Noir is night and day. The way the powder, oud, and musk work together in this are brilliant. Where your newest one explodes after the opening. That's honestly the comparison I was going after without mentioning it. I hope to see you work with powder and strong oud like this in the future. Yes Antiquity is a love of mine as well.

      Adam. Please remake this along with Atlantic Ambergris and Fleux de Fleur in small numbers. Please. Even if there'll be variation from the classic releases. We need this. A lot of people found out late about Areej. Maybe you could release one of these with the new releases coming so that you’re not tied to releasing all three at once; this way you get out your new releases and then we get the new and the old. Tandem then you do the same for the next two new releases.
      I must thank you for remaking Ottoman Empire. That was greatly appreciated and people will appreciate you remaking other classics. Well done on the new bottles, they were all stunning. The workmanship was remarkable; I was observing the Agar de Noir bottle, everything lines up impeccably. The transition from the cap to bottle is flawless. Well done sir, well done.

      @@TherapeuticFragrance happy to hear you love Antiquity. I think it was the most beloved from that collection for me. It then inspired almost entire last collection. I guess aging hugely contributed to Inverno Russo notes merging together so well. We should smell Agar de Noit in 3 years, pretty sure it will be amazing and notes will marry even more.

    I got in on it early and was lucky enough to get a bottle. It didn't start out the way you smell it now. It was rough and musky but, with time, it has aged beautifully. I will venture to say that grandenia will age beautifully as well. Russian Adam has a way of crafting his blends so that they will mature in the bottle and get better and better with time. This is what I have observed with all of the ones that I have. I think that in ten years time Inverno Russo will be ten times better than it is now. I'm using my sprays judiciously. Thanks for giving us your take on this masterpiece.

    • @TherapeuticFragrance
      @TherapeuticFragrance  3 роки тому +1

      Hey Steven. Agreed on Russo getting better in ten years. I think Grandenia won't see much improvement as it is already an aged perfume. It will improve ever so slightly but for the first time in my journey this was a great chance at buying aged perfume without doing it yourself. I love that so many people care for Grandenia were just all different. I need a little more contrast for my tastes.

    Adam's work is something else. The man puts everything into making these perfumes and it shows in the final result including the packaging. They are also so affordable. I can’t wrap my head around this. Thank you for putting out the video, as sad as some of us are that we came late to Areej.

    Dude 100% great review. Really nailed every facet. One interesting thing. This sucker was a POWDER BOMB when I first got my hands on it. I went back to it after a year and it was basically exactly what you just laid out(maybe slightly less hindi punch in my experience but I think I get a little desensitized since my girl always tells me the Hindi is so much stronger than it seems to me). Makes me wonder if Grandenia will be in this ballpark in a year or two of aging. Already War & Peace 1 has toned down the powder and let the leather come out. So cool what aging does to these perfumes with high natural content.

    So late to the fragrance community myself missed all the huge originals from the oud masters,Adam being my biggest regret picked up at War and peace ll missed antiquity and all before have 6th collection complete as I heard yourself and Nikhal,exotic scents make some comparable nods to former greats anyway looking forward never back I feel Adam may placate his older customers and elate his newer ones by doing some homage offerings down the road he is a super fair and caring chap who always takes his fans wishes to heart great vid B loved Adams imput.see brother you now know you are someone of whom the top creators in this field have their little red bells on for your latest uploads boom 💥 peace and blessings my friend 🇮🇪🙏🙏🇺🇸

      The real reason is.... I hope we get version two. Only a few creation show off the Hindi Funk and white floral powder without either one winning the battle. Powder lovers would gravitate towards an Agar De Noir, while Funk lover to Malik al Taif or possibly Oud Luwak. I personally want it right here in the middle. Hard to do but I have a feeling we will all see it again. This and Atlantic would be my top two requested remakes not just cause I don't have them, LOL. They rival the great Ottoman as well.

      I have about 9 mls left. Not bragging .
      I also have Ottoman Empire FB . About 15 mls of Oud Zen left , and about 13 mls of Siberian Musk .
      Oud Picante , FB unopened . I'll stop there.
      I had a bit of difficulty with Inverno Russo at first , but seeing you enjoy all the Stink ,
      I don't think you would have a problem at all.
      Ummm, keep a look out on Basenotes .
      Some of these earlier releases do pop up.
      Some just were. The FB's were selling for $550.

    Love your review, as always Brandon. However, I'm telling you, you need to go back and spend more time with Grandenia (and probably Agar de Noir). They just keep getting better with a little age.

    • @TherapeuticFragrance
      @TherapeuticFragrance  3 роки тому +1

      I will spray Grandenia again someday, but it is already pretty aged. One of the things I liked about the sixth collection was it gave us a chance to buy already aged perfume and see the difference. I just don't see the powder ever changing much. Just not for me I need something mean like Oud in Russo here to contrast it. Personal preference.
