@@djbrotherelectricman I approach situations like this all the time but it's when you run into those entitled people who act like their shit don't stink. They start popping off and being disrespectful because they can't handle being confronted for their behavior and they have nervous reactions usually to where they make it a physical conflict and most people who take things to that point NEED to get put on their ass or they will never full understand that it's just better to talk things out. Sometimes you have to seriously scare someone for them to change how they approach conflict. Only those that understand the damage others and themselves can truly inflict try to talk things out. Hard to know if it's fear or good sense, but he tried to lie about it then apologized when he realized he couldn't lie his way out of it. In my world, you're supposed to stand up for what you say cause you may have to pay for your words, so they should be chosen wisely when dealing with certain individuals. Things like that have the potential to go waaay farther than most people think/believe, until they run into that unusual person who lives/thinks totally different than they do.

There is no precedence for a person who was untrained being charged with a lethal weapon. It has happened with trained fighters, however. Honestly I didn’t see it as sportsmanship, sportsmanship is accepting one’s talent for what it is and not putting someone down for it. Being humble if you win, not being a sore loser if you lose. These guys just exchanged words and all I saw was fakeness. Where’s that sportsmanship when they’re opponents? 90% of the time it’s non-humble shit talking when they’re up on the weigh-in stage.
