Same here I'm kind of used to being home a lot ,how are people bored I always find something to do. I had a miniature lionhead's white-out final the prettiest bunny in the world unfortunately he passed a year ago I still miss him he was an amazing little guy. He was so beautiful he was in a movie .I rescued him he couldn't get along with other bunnies so he was a one-person bun. Stay quarantined this is virus is brutal💞🙏😍

I adopted my bun because she was a Californian. The rescue was packed with Californians and New Zealands since they have red eyes that people don't like. She was an FFA meat rabbit and was at the rescue for around 2 years because she was so shy. I've had her about 6 months and I'm on the pre-vet route in college. She's registered as an emotional support rabbit and I absolutely adore her. She's still not completely sure about me and she may never be but it's so rewarding watching her come out of her shell. I'd like to think that even if she doesn't totally trust me yet, she loves not being in a little cage anymore and explodes in zoomies every night. She'll run around my room after I go to sleep and usually she ends up on my bed, often times standing on my face. I make fun of her because it's like she doesn't even realize how she ended up there, she looks as shocked as I do!

My bunny was a rescue from a hoarding situation. There were 30 bunnies. Six months later my bunny Cocoa Puff was the only bunny left😢 the suspect it was because he was a white Californian and HUGE. He is the best. He always flops and is sooo lovable. Very social we just got him a parter LuLu. I love them both to pieces. Never based a bunny off of his/her breed. Luv ur vids!

I run a rescue in Eugene, OR USA and I ALWAYS refer my adopters to watch you! We all love you and your passion for bunnies. I wish I had more time to make videos like yours for people. But 30 rabbits 3 kids 2 dogs amd 2 cats fills up most of my free time!

Depends on the bunny the highst my bun has jumped is about three feet
Cara Cooper smaller breeds under 8 pounds can usually jump up to three feet with no training. However bigger breeds can usually jump up to 4 feet. Depends on ur bun, some are lazy 🤫

I didn't have a "show quality" rabbit so I got DQ from the conformation show but had a lot of fun in showmanship which is a series of hands on demonstration of rabbit handling, written test and breed ID test
QUESTION!
I realllly want to get another bunny, issues im facing:
1. I already have a dwarf bunny (super friendly, loves our cats and dogs (YES! he plays with them all the time lol)
2. He isn't fixed....he's now 3 1/2. due to some complications of getting him fixed (breeders i rescued him from lied about his health conditions)
3. He is a free roaming bunny in my room, so its HIS territory
4. Im conflicted....i always felt bad I just had one, and he didnt have a friend, but he is the happiest bunny, always playing and binkying around every single day, especially when I take him on walks.
What should I do??
well u shouldn't get another bunny because he will just rape the female or be territorial with a male if he doesn't get fixed
I think this is just one of those situations where your bunny would be better of by itself. Also, there is no way you can disinfect and remove the Netherland Dwarfs scent from the entire room. Not to mention your bun isn’t neutered yet and can’t be until it’s five months old.
I have a palomino rabbit and he’s the sweetest boy on this earth I swear ! 🤣 I guess I’d be crowned for treating my rabbit like he’s an actual child!
That Californian does not look like a california. It looks like a sable variety of some sort, because of the butterfly and the rabbits size.
That was fun. I think my buns are "Heinz 57" which means a little of everything? One was found in a garbage pail outside of Petco & the other rescued from a meat farm. To me they a just cute fuzzy lumps with big personality! Thank you!

I have a funny story! I have 2 bunnies and we take the smaller boy outside sometimes with supervision, I looked away for one second and he jumped into our pond and started swimming! When I took him out I was scared because we know how bad it is for bunnies to be in water but he didn't want to come out! We wrapped him in towels and kept him with us and then driven dryed off but it was really scary!

Hi!! To clear up any confusion, "otter" is a color type for rabbits. You can have an "otter" color pattern across a ton of different breeds (including Silver Martins and Rexes). Silver Martin and Rex are the BREEDS. You can tell if it is a Rex or a SM based on the length and thickness of it's fur. Rexes have a very dense and short fur, their undercoat is the same length as their top coat so it makes it look twice as dense as any other breed. The way you could tell that the bunny in your video was a SM was by looking at the length of the fur. The fact that some of the coat appeared agouti also was a clue :) (Can you tell I'm a bit obsessed with rabbit coat patterns?)

I think I commented on this vid already but new month, new things to say, right? XD As for the quarantine, I'm a bit lucky for once in that I have agoraphobia, so... I never really left my home anyway. XD So it's actually kind of nice that people are finally bored and available enough to talk to me whenever, now. Funnily enough, the time of self-reflection led me to trying to adopt a bunny! So I'd say that's a positive. :) The shelters definitely need the help right now, and so many rabbits get dumped that it just seems like a good time to help one out if I can.
