The master’s name is Wu wen guang. His father was great musician too named wu jing lue 吴景略 .the piece of music depicts an assassin Nie zheng who took revenge on the king Han or premier Han .finally he got a chance to make a performance in front of the king after 10 years he concealed a sword beneath the instrument. Suddenly he took it out while he was performing . Swooping to the king and killed him. Just like most of assassins himself was killed outright. THE MASTERPIECE. GUANG LING SAN.

Yeah, the caption is very misleading. The version that he is playing dates from 1425. The story behind the piece (which is another matter) has two versions that date from different periods, with one referring to the 3,000 year old period, and of course these stories have no musical relation to the piece other than the name and theme.

not that long. the story of this song is writen on book of Jin晋 dynasty，but the way to play this song is writen on book of Ming明 dynasty.
well, this piece tells a story about assassination which happened in year b.c. 397 .
Besides describing an assination, it is a music to show Chinese moral, it was requested to be played at Xi Hong's execution by beheading
