Idk if you know that, but when ur teammates' healthbars are green instead of blue it means that they are affected by cauterize, so I believe the option "show cauterize on allies healthbars" refers to that. Its really usefull if u playing healers like furia, corvus or even damba tbh (maybe u already knew that sry)
