I haven't been to Spain before and I'd heard so many good things! I'd love to visit later this year if I have the time. If you ever go to Hong Kong, let me know! I'd love to help out with recommendations. :)
Hong Kong Food Crawlers I went to Hong Kong when I was 18, but before I became a ‘foodie’. I’ve always wanted to return. When you come to Spain and/or Madrid let me know 👍🏻
I remember finding the pig blood curd a little disappointing, I thought it would taste more like a blood sausage, I found it a bit bland. That said the rest of the food in Taiwan was brilliant.
I KNOW RIGHTTTTTT. I told my friend in Hong Kong about this and she told me "well maybe they also taste richer because of the seasonings", which is also a good point haha.
Yea it definitely seems like more like a jelly in terms of texture, but it's different in the way that it's a bit more "sturdy"...? I don't know how else I can describe it haha And what did you have the pig blood with?
Right! Korea also makes pig blood sausage with some rice noodles in it. I actually really enjoyed those when it's grilled and dipped with gochujang (korean hot pepper paste)!
A food marathon really deserves two thumbs up!
Haha thanks! Running a food marathon was not easy indeed.
I'd make short work of that swamp eel dish. Yum.

Nice Video! Wonder where is the 3am beef soup stall?
Great fruit drinks in Taiwan. Fruit, tea and vegetarian food is good there.
YESSSS they have amazing fruit drinks there and Hong Kong does not compare in that aspect!
This all looks awesome! Wish we could get food like this in Spain!!

It honestly does not really taste much right? Some might find its texture funny though. And I can't agree more that Taiwanese food is awesome!
What I eat before? LOL
That's so joyful.
WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

She's so gorgeous but reminds me of a cartoon character at the same time.
The pig blood looked good although the texture looks a bit jelly like. any pig blood i have is a more crumbly affair
