We headed South to Kasilof, AK for the 4th of July weekend for some good ol' camping, fishing & fun times.

Can you even do this anymore? Alaska Fish and Game says no camping by kasilof River, or were all these campsites somewhere close by?

The Kasilof River Special Use Area says there is camping available there on the beach, but the Alaska Department of Fish and Game says "There are no public campgrounds at the mouth Kasilof River." What's going on here?
