    I didn't use any tool at all for pulling the main part our of the motor and was able to install the end cap with the brushes then insert into the drum of the motor without cutting off my fingers simply by wearing gloves and pushing with my other fingers against the end of the (armature)? to guide it through carefully in a controlled manner.

    the part that you said is to seal the motor, is that the brake? Mine is seized and that part don't want to turn, although it does turn easier going in the direction that wraps up the cable on the spool.

    I was impressed throughout until you got to the relay box that's huge. That's like 1/2 a battery. Where are you going to install that on most ATV's

      It's not as bad as it looks, I've installed about 20 of them to this day and only once on a honda I had to get creative. The wireless module it a little big and cast into epoxy whitch explain the size but again, not bad.
