    Lock it down-we don't really need it. Then I guess you're okay with 0.374.5, then 0.374, then 0.373.5, then 0.372.5, and then 0.372. LOL.

      I believe it was locked down. It’s the machine I was on. I don’t know if I showed locking the table or not.

      I was watching going, there’s 2 thou, there’s 2 and a half aaaand there’s 3 thou. lol yeah just lock it down it doesn’t hurt

    If you look for: Big chamfer - big tool - big part - small cycle time - short video. There is an unusual method using the inside of the teeth.
    There is also one for making a countersink gauge to set chamfer depths.

    I remember when my dad brought home a "Majic Marker when they first came out circa 1962....been calling them that ever since!

    I prefer to use a dia 20 spot drill to make my chamfers.

      Yes, that is a good alternative at the school we don’t supply centre or spot drills

      You missed the point of the video. He is showing alternate methods for large chambers.
