I think the only reason why Bianca didn't tell Whitney that Zak had cheated on her with Lauren. Is because she was pregnant and after Whitney had a miscarriage before and another death of her other baby. She was just concerned about her and she didn't want Whitney to go through something like that again.
I don't agree with how this ended between Whitney and Bianca i mean yes Bianca messed up, but that shouldn't result in Whitney cutting her off. After all, Bianca has been like a mother to her, been there for her through thick and thin.
