Learned that trick in the Philippines back in the 70’s. Brought it home with me and have caught many frogs since! Only difference is, I put a tiny scrap of cloth on the hook so when I dangle it in front of the frog it looks more like a small insect. Thanks for sharing…Stay Safe!
hmm, that is a good idea. normally I just put a small piece of chicken but sometimes they just don't want to bite so I just use bare hook and just hook them instead. :-)

@@F.A.R.T about a 3/8” square piece of red or white cloth, dangled a couple inches in front of their face…they’ll almost always snap it up! Stay Safe!
