They went to court for an injunction and later that same court lifted the injunction that the activities of the tenants are causing financial loss to the state. So what law did u expect them to rely on again ??? Demolition is very dangerous and the best time to do it is when there are no human activities in such an environment.

No boss the government is 100% right. There is so much lawlessness in this country. People just disobey our laws and rather expect to be compensated because of their political connections. Raymond himself admitted that he RENTED the land and was paying RENTAL charges. Now the landlord gives you ONE WHOLE YEAR notice to vacate his premises because he wants to redevelope his land and the tenant rather goes to court to stop the landlord from doing what he wants with his own land. How can this happen in any serious country? And people like Manasseh Azuri are supporting Raymond. Lord have mercy.

If even he occupies state land he should be made to relocate in a proper and a dignified manner but not take this draconian action. In the event of judgement dept the tax payer will be forced to pay and the person involved allow to walk free which is not really good in our quest for judicious use of our resources. While Nana Addo is busy working some of his appointees are bringing him back by their useless actions.
Why should any one occupy state land. Is that not lawlessness. They have been warned several times. It is their lawlessness and lack of respect for state matters. If we all learn to be law abiding, there will be no demolition.

It is a human nature that is bound to happen and that is why we have people in authority to ensure that the state is protect by preventive measures instead of acting with this Rambo style.
