Accra is full. What is wrong with these greedy developers?
Why would a developer go developing a water way? To cause more catastrophic flooding? I think also it is high time that the Ghanaian government curb the excesses of these traditional rulers. Many of them are causing problems with dubious land allocations.
The laws must work, period.
Until development is diversified throughout the country, pressure will continue to mount on Accra lands all the time .

They should've gone for those selling the lands first, if you do this shoddy work don't you think those awarding the lands will give it out to unsuspecting Ghanaians later.
