Truly this Pastor really need the Spirit of God Almighty to touch him so that he will know how to teach absolutely. cos some kind of his words is force teaching for wise men, and it is a good teaching for blind peoples, what is the meaning of this word from our Lord JESUS CHRIST our savior mouth: "And teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you". (Matthew 28:19-20) you think you can accept JESUS CHRIST without obeying His command and you'll be save?
