Right now we are towing a overland trailer, from Aus. Great product, but when we’re done with hitching up this guy every other few days, we will definitely contact you guys. Awesome design and understanding of real world users! Keep up the good work!
i like the fact that the van has 3 ladders in case 2 of them break, you can still access the roof. i think its a bit underpowered, but otherwise its a really great design for people who to like to ride their bikes.
I find these builds interesting, as having owned 2 vans and endless adventures in trucks as well . What is the first thing You do when you come home from a ride or any activity ? I cant speak for others, the first in order for me is to take a shower. Over 90 percent of these builds have no shower or they put a hose out the back to rinse off. The option to rinse off in the back of the van is not in the design with the luxury of the rest of the build its more like an after thought . Other wise these builds are impressive. I carry a nice portable hot shower in my truck on adventures when others find out I have this shower they ask me if they can use it, happens every time.
We understand what you're saying. Our exterior shower connection offers hot or cold water. We don't advise building an enclosed interior shower on a 144 chassis. We do offer collapsable options for a 144!
@@OutsideVan I agree w/ Mark, Taking a shower "inside" our van makes all the difference in the world. With the price these vans are going for these days and the extreme slow down in our economy, fuel prices; it is rare that most people can even afford to purchase one. Out on the road most people we meet are living full-time, getting sponsored/marketing to drive a manufacturers van, or have given up all other ties to suburban life. However, the majority of people who can afford to buy with with no questions asked, are in a financial position to buy what they want and an interior "enclosed" shower is NOT what they want. Not everyone is a 20 or 30 something professional vagabond or athlete willing to take a shower off the back of their vehicle. I would think more van builders would take these things into consideration. Unlike the Revel, many more are flocking to the Storyteller models with the interior "halo-shower".
@@DayZeroFWD I agree with Outside Van. I’m in my late 50’s and shower out of the back, no problem. A shower cubicle is a total waste of space, particularly in a 144WB van.
@@Couchlover47 We absolutely offer interior, closed, aluminum showers. We also offer shower pans with a collapsable shower curtain. Our vans are bespoke, designed how the customer would like. It's a combination of parts. The main racks are made by Lolo Racks, its their Bike Rack Carrier Hook. Then we built the mounting plates that attach the hooks to our utility ladders L-Track.
@@OutsideVan i have a 2022 4x4 sprinter, just built, when i build it. ill share everything. idk why the industry is so stingy with spec and pricing and design.
@@agentdoubleo7636 That's a fair point. We were trying to be cheeky. A number of the features in this van aren't available yet so we're keeping some details private for now.
While being a good, quality build it is immensely underwhelming. The first half of the video is hammering on innovation, and prototypes etc, etc then they show nothing new, everything is already in other vans, the table they spent "so much time in R&D" has been available on 4x4 markets for years. Can carry 4 bikes... sorry only 2 seats.. wha?
We appreciate you taking the time to watch our Van Spotlight. Our soft garage wall, soft overhead shelves, tool rolls, and rear Molle Panels are just a few of the R & D items highlighted in this build we're excited to roll out in the future.
As harsh as that may sound I totally agree with you. I use to follow Outside van years ago but stopped cuz so many other van companies seemed to have surpassed them in the realm of innovation. This van kind of exhibits that. Very minor improvements with seemingly the same layout. I mean the van itself is from 2 yrs old. I get it, it's a more basic build for bicyclists, outside sports enthusiasts. It would be something I would consider if it was not for the exurbanite price at least in comparison to other van builds which have a lot more innovations, choice in design, layout, amenities.
Beautiful build cant wait to pick up my Van "Mission" this coming October
Your teams design ideas and attention to detail are unmatched. Such a powerful and beautiful build. Congrats Outside!

Good build nice styling. The spare needs to be on the rear door.
That's certainly an option when building a van!
Amazing work, friends! Tails is an epic build.

Nice rig. The ladder bike accessory rack. Is it universal and if so how much.? Would love that set up on my Chevy express 😍
You thought about everything and maximized every square inch. When will they be available for purchase?
Votre conversion est des plus inspirantes! La qualité des composantes est impressionnante.
Petite question: quelle sont les dimensions du lit?
Merci! La dimension du lit est pour un matelas américain de taille Queen 60"W x 80"L.
What would eventually become the Syncline.
That bike rack system ! Where can I find it don’t see on website?

Sweet build 👌🏼 what material is the walls/roof? Is it tough wearing and easily cleaned?
It's Sileather, faux leather made of silicone. It's very tough and super easy to wipe down! www.sileather.com/
I will open bidding at $100
Great build I’m sure the eventual owner will love it.
Dang!
does Outside Van consider commissions for totally custom jobs?
could you elaborate on what you mean by commissions?
Totally not drooling... can you guys give full specs on this and maybe a CAD file or something
Wouldn't that be nice? ;)

Cost? I know if you ask you cannot afford it rule but asking.
Presentation of the product is good. Just a very annoying background sound. 😏
Not a fan of adventure looked. I don't see where the money is. Anyway I can bolt on all those fancy lights .
