I’ve in Rochester Hills for ten years, Bloomfield Hills for ten years and Birmingham off and on for 16 years. I live downtown one block from Shain Park. I told my wife the free reserved parking spot in front of our house is worth a $1 million bucks and the house is thrown in. Love it here. Walk to everything, shops, restaurants, theatres, Starbucks, bakeries, barber, dentist and so much more really don’t need a car most of the time. Great schools too and we have 22 parks. Very safe.
I really miss living in Huntington Woods. I lived there for 23 years and it was the best city I ever lived in. Once I finish up my Bachelor's Degree and get myself a good job I'm gonna save up and hopefully make enough to live there again one day. I'm currently in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and while it is nice down here, and there are more million dollar homes here than in all of Michigan, it just doesn't feel like home to me. I really want to move back to Huntington Woods or someplace close by it like Berkley, southern Royal Oak, or even Ferndale once I finish up school. Wish me luck!
Just came across your channel and subscribed. LOVE your videos. Moved to Michigan from Philadelphia after getting married and live in Rochester Hills. We absolutely love it! We hope to find our forever home in this area, or one of these other towns you've shared.
We live in Rochester Hills and love it! Bought our home when the economy was bad, back in 2009. Our house recently appraised for twice the orginal listing price. We actually live on the same street where Madonna's childhood home is located. Rochester is a great city. Wonderful schools, amazing downtown, beautiful parks, great shopping... And a fantastic college, Oakland University.
Did you ever hear of a train the city of Wyandotte owned called big blue , when I was a kid it went down all the streets of Wyandotte and pick up all the kids , it had rubber on the wheels , it was so much fun , it did this for one day in the summer, also all the kids would March in July 4th parade and get free movie ticket and ice cream after parade at the high school , please send me pictures of these events if you can find them. Dude. Grand Rapids, Holland and Traverse city has a lot too, especially divided by there population and also taking in consideration some of these millionaires who live there in some areas are seasonal so they may not show up in the data but they have a mansion and stay in it so many months a year. Kalamazoo and Ann Arbor has plenty too.
do you ever let people shadow you as a real estate agent. I really want to get into and love real estate. Hence how I found our videos. And now I'm hooked and need to find more of your videos to watch. This is the 2nd video of yours I have watched and I find them entertaining and funny.
Troy = Volunteer Fire Department (really); big Indian population; entry and mid-level engineers. Novi = Large Asian Population Rochester Hills = Better educated and Macomb County people move here. Lots of auto managers. Huntington Woods = Favorite Jewish suburb; Beverly Hills School District Grosse Pointe Farms = Older homes, close to Detroit, once-thriving school district not so good anymore. The really affluent send their children to "the Academy" on Lake Shore. Northville = Voted "snobbiest" suburb by HOUR magazine. Think "nouveau riche". Beverly Hills = Adjunct to Huntington Woods. Just sayin' The Detroit area is really a series of demographically defined "villages". Pick the village you want to live in.
Why does every single "really nice" house look exactly the same. By same, I mean boxes with vinyl siding, pyramidal black roof shingles, faux brick facade. I'm also surprised that you didn't include places like Walloon or other northern lakes that are ringed by multimillion dollar homes
I would disagree on some of these cities, it seem you only including metro Detroit. There a lot of wealthy cities in Michigan, if I had 1 million dollar home I would choose any these cities. To crowded I would like it better in Traverse City. Ann Arbor or Saline Michigan very nice, Grand Rapids has very rich areas and close to Lake Michigan. I travel for work, work around all these Metro Detroit cities, don’t like that you only have to drive not to far then in a high crime area.
i have lived in Ann arbor my entire life. It has to be one of the RICHEST places to live in. The taxes are hell My house is appraised at 750,000 and I pay 12000 per yeare in taxes plus an 850.00 Association fee. What a shit show.

Huntington Woods is such an awesome city! I'm sure you'll be back...and I'll help 😃

Huntington Woods is a neighborhood.. it barely qualifies to be a called a city or a town. It’s not even a square mile.
@@Helmuesi911 definitely small. Still a city 🤷♂️

Love that! Home values are WAY up now 😁
I love Rochester and Knapp’s Dairy Bar!
Troy Michigan is Pretty. Clean too
Troy is great!
Troy is the best in every aspect. Educated, diverse, clean and safe.
I got to say, you are pretty funny to watch. I enjoyed the video. Wabeek club brought me here.
Thanks!! Hope you're able to check out some of my other content :)
I was born and raised in Mackinaw City and was surprised to not see Mackinaw Island not on any of your lists.
Mackinaw City is AWESOME! Where did you move to from there?
@@PaulWolfert Saginaw and then to Fruitland Park Florida in 1974.
I grew up in Huntington Woods. It was a great city to grow up in, I would never move back!
WHY?

Nope! But now I'm looking it up 😄
Do a video on Owosso, Michigan.
Have you done any videos on Downriver
Not yet! :)
Eminem didn’t have a home in Rochester. He’s in Oakland Township north of Rochester Hills.
This was his former house. The "K Mart Mansion" in Rochester : www.zillow.com/homedetails/5760-Winkler-Mill-Rd-Rochester-MI-48306/24365567_zpid/
Not as much as Colorado. But this was a nice video
I love Canton
So do I
BIRMINGHAM! Yes make more videos about Birmingham!
Definitely will! Birmingham is one of my favorites

Birmingham is the best! Go there every weekend with my son. 👍🏻👍🏻
Franklin?

Sterling hgts?
I thought Ann arbor would be on the list. It is not cheap
Ann Arbor is definitely not a cheap place to live!
Mete Detroit is so expensive !! And I’m not near any of these cities.
The property taxes are what kills buying a home in certain cities.
You forgot Franklin Village!!
Franklin is wild. Thought it was included in this video?

Comedy isn't for everyone. You have good information, but we don't always want a comment about every name of a city.
I know this video was based on cities but if townships were included then Oakland Township would for sure make the list.
Gross point
What if I showcased the affordable places and showed benefits of living in luxury mobile homes. You’d be so emotional

Sorry.

Those taxes are pretty high!
Wherever the richest people are is also where the poorest people are.
Well, it seems like the saying "money attracts money" holds true! But hey, at least we can all enjoy the same beautiful views, right?
Such a click bait video. “With big windows, people will watch you”. No poop Sherlock!
"Clickbait" is when the title and thumbnail say the video is one thing, and it turns out to be another. This is not one of those.
The best city is Ann Arbor
its great but the taxes eat your ass. 12000 on my 800,000 house
No joke!!! Ann arbor is sweet!!
What a joke, this guy needs to leave Detroit and see some real wealth in the state. Not saying where, don’t want more millionaires moving in.
Well, I guess I'll have to pack my bags and go on a wealth-hunting adventure outside of Detroit!
