Bjarne, it is a lot of fun. I did a fair bit of panning around Vancouver Island. I found tonnes of black sand and a little gold, but not much of it. When you see a little color, it gets the blood pumping. I did a little snorkeling as well. It would be more fun if we could have used a small dredge. The rules are pretty tough, understandably. Like you said, it's fun.

Classifies a lot more than a pan . THAT's for sure . lol I've got some old Proline 14"pans a 10" Garret and an old metal pan and a sluice box/high banker I haven't used in some years . Gotta get back to it maybe this summer . :)
Anyway, looks like a fast and light way to prospect Bjarne .
