Definitely glad I caught that on camera before Classic ended. On Nostalrius I once managed to coil the tank into the raid as the boss used his breath, and the raid wiped from the debuff - I was so sad I didn't get it on video.
No, this is just the default action bar UI. I have all my abilities bound on the right side action bars (which are hidden), and then I put spells with cooldowns on the main action bar (but no keybinds there). The only addons I use for PvP are ClassicAuraDurations, ItemRack, Spy and my Nightfall WA.

Is that an addon that you have to make your spell bars so minimal? Only showing your CD spells and leaving the rest all hidden?
