सर हमारे यहाँ अभी अभी SBF में सिकनेस वाले में राशि बढ़ाकर 15000 प्रतिमाह कर दी गयी है, हम लोग कर्मचारी को प्रतिमाह ये राशि प्रदान करते है, क्या ये गलत है।
दूसरे कई बार कर्मचारी एक दो महीने सामान्य बीमारी के तहत सिक में रह जाते है, फिर आकर क्लेम करते है, तो क्या ऐसे में उन्हें नही देना है, या कोई लिस्ट बीमारी की उपलब्ध है।
तीसरा सबसे बड़ी दिक्कत अभी आती है कि कर्मचारी का बेसिक DA निल होता है, पर कोई एरियर या कोई अन्य पैसा सैलरी में आ जाता है, तो भी ऐसे केसों में कर्मचारी आवेदन करते है, उन्हें देना है अथवा नही देना है। कृपया इसे स्पष्ट करें सर।
