i recently moved within nyc (i've lived here for six years but just got a new place) so i've been binging apartment hunting/tour videos, and yours has been one of my favorites!! so nice to see something realistic and more affordable, because it seems like so many people on this platform are way richer than i will ever be lol

This probably was a bedroom apt. It's not uncommon for landlords to market one bedrooms as 2 bedrooms with there is a separate space for the living room that can be made into a bedroom. My landlord made newer 2 bedrooms into 3 bedrooms and removed the living room.
For a small apartment you managed to be smart with the layout and circulation of the space.
