The quietest mouse is the Lenovo Wireless Laser Mouse. After many years of use, I can say that I have never had a problem with the buttons working on any Lenovo mouse.
I can't objectively say which one is better because... Each mouse is designed for a different device (notebook, PC, all in one PC). For some, the smallest mouse for a netbook can be very small. Some may find a PC mouse very simple without various function buttons. I would say that they are good, but not excellent mice, and they certainly do not play like a professional. But they will fulfill their task, here it is probably more important to harmonize the design and the device (e.g. ThinkPad/ThinkBook notebook) and so on. From personal experience, I can write that it has already happened to me that the mouse button has broken on Lenovo mice. So the choice is yours... By the way, I use a ThinkPad laptop and I use TrackPoint there, so I don't need a mouse :)
