I love how her every proper landing is that 10 point gymnast landing. Fantastic cat.
I love that one of her combos is literally just hold 6A and she does an entire combo for you automatically.

Lumina made me realize how small Neco actually was
Remember, this is the most powerful character in existence in Melty Blood, can wipe existence away with a thought, Cthulhu style, play with time like a ball of yarn, do not be fooled with the low damage output, like a cat plays with it's prey, it is merely playing with it's creations like dolls, to stave of boredom and be a meme machine, being above the mortal concept of winning or losing, i'm sure if it desires, it could at any time just increase to planetary size and one hit everyone with a single punch or giant beam that obliterates the planet in it's path of attack, but i'm sure that's no fun, so it hasn't happened, yet (if it sees it's r34 art out there, that might change it's mind though....).

At least 80% of Neco-Arc's damage is psychological. Doesn't tend to reflect well on HP bars.

Probably bad proration on her hits. That's why the damage is cut so much.
Combo scaling... it deals a lot more damage when it hits raw or from a blood heat shield.
It's because of the combo, without the scaling, it does 4800 damage, the same as every other last arc. Still, neco-arc does less damage than the average character with her combos.

I believe a raw Last arc does 4800 and one with Blood moon drive does 6800 as usual. But you aren't wrong, damage for crazy zoning potential.
Well, damage may suck, but hit a will with a stick enough and it'll break.
Damage sucks because her set play, oki and screen presence is disgusting, one knockdown could literally net you a turn for free if you get the right cats. If she had more damage, she'd be unfair.
