Looking at so many managers/ leaders around me who are not at all authentic I started believing that the kind of leader I am is not valued. I am told to be less authentic, less passionate and basically be a yes boss person. I know I have been authentic all throughout my career but then I keep finding myself around leaders who don’t believe in these values. Have you ever experienced this ?? I resonate with you completely but somehow I feel these don’t work in the current work environments
I hear you. I've got to believe there are more of you who might be hiding. Seek them out and if they aren't around, might be time to find a new organization!
