I agree. There's no way Norman is dumb enough to try to team up with Otto, after he tried to ruin & kill Norman. Hell the devil's breath was destroyed because of Otto & Norman needed it for Harry.
I hope that SM3 will implement the multiplayer features from the leaked concept game. Maybe expand upon the multiverse concept and allow us to design our own suits? Then you could have 4-player drop-in/drop-out third-player crossplay like in The First Descendant.
I doubt that their gonna team up. Norman isn't dumb, he knows that Otto would betray him & he did said good about his son being ruined. Otto wants Norman dead & for his whole life to be ruined.
I think that doc oak is going to be the villain to be faced off before Green Goblin, because like the Venom boss fight with Peter and Miles fighting Venom together, I’m sure that the Green Goblin Final boss fight will have Peter, Miles, And Cindy Fighting together for the final showdown
Since this spider man is over powered and has help on top of that they should make a clone saga and have green goblin and doc Ock forming a new sinister six involving Alister smyth and his spider drones to take down the spider men and Sydney

So much damage has already been done to this franchise sale that really all they can do is double down on the bad direction that was very divisive or they can do their best to undo Bunch of stuff. This is the sequel Star Wars trilogy all over again sadly. IMO.
